If the item is in stock, it will be shipped no later than 2 business days after payment is received - no delivery on weekends and holidays.
The provider will deliver the goods or services within the agreed time. The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is GLS. The cost of postage with the GLS delivery service is €5, and an additional €2 for cash on delivery.
For purchases over €100, postage is free (with cash on delivery, the €2 cost remains).
The delivery cost is always displayed for the individual product and is also written in the online basket before and when placing the order. The provider reserves the right to change the contractual partner for the delivery of shipments, if this enables more efficient delivery of the order.
Our partner delivers packages in the morning to the address entered when placing the order. Since the delivery service delivers the items in the morning hours, you can also choose to deliver to any other name or address. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the GLS courier will leave you a message about the delivery. The message contains the package number and the phone number of the GLS delivery service (01 500 11 90), as well as their email address (info@gls-slovenia.com).
Collection at the parcel machine:
For occasional senders, GLS Parcel stores and Parcel machines are an excellent solution for reliable parcel distribution. They serve as convenient pick-up or drop-off points. GLS Parcel stores have very long working hours, and GLS Paketomat are available 24 hours a day.
We deliver the ordered goods within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.
Delivery damage
When accepting the shipment, the buyer should check its contents. In case of damage to the shipment, send us an email at info@olia.si, where we can agree on a replacement of the product.
